Naturally, we’ve heard of the big brands that invade our lives via everyday marketing such as Air Jordan, Kylie Jenner Lip Kits, and Beats by Dre. However, did you know the celebrities like Snoop Dogg, Whoopi Goldberg and Tommy Chong, and many more actually have WEED products on the market?

 

Here are a few celebrity brands that you probable have not heard of. 

 

 

1) Leafs by Snoop

The famed musical artist, actor and entrepreneur was one of the first celebrities to recognize the potential in endorsing and branding cannabis products. Leafs by Snoop started as a Canadian enterprise in 2016, but when investors recognized its potential, increased profits and the legalization of recreational marijuana drove the company to sell its products in Colorado. The famed goofy-grin, crescent-eyed actor has made a living off of portraying a stoner in the famed Cheech & Chong and That 70’s Show. Therefore, it’s no surprise that beloved actor has made his way onto the cannabis branding scene. However, Tommy Chong full heartedly believes in the healing powers of marijuana, as his strict hemp oil regimen was one of the contributing factors of his cancer going into remission in 2013.

Additionally, Chong has released a line of pre-rolled cones that have a Tommy Chong face smiling to help you reach a state of pure bliss. And who could forget the Cheech and Chong Bongs, which were released way before the legalization of marijuana in any form in the US.

Tommy Chong has also teamed up with Défoncé Chocolate to bring us weed infused chocolate bars. Flavors include: dark daze, wake n baken, cereal bowls, mellow milk and crunchy munchies. While these are not available yet, they are sure to be an instant hit.

3) Willie’s Reserve

Willie Nelson, the poster boy for marijuana activism and a country music singer on the side, has developed his own cannabis strain entitled “Willie’s reserve.” Willie’s stash includes a wide variety of cannabis related products including chocolate, vapes and flowers. Some have come to question the legend’s brand as in an interview he did not know the difference between indica and sativa. However, his reply, “the way I look at it is: I’m either high or I’m not” could certainly be sold as the brand’s new catch phrase. You can find the Red-Haired Stranger’s brand in a variety of different retail locations.

4) Wiz Khalifa

Wiz Khalifa has developed and branded his own strain of weed called “Khalifa Kush,” but apparently the strain is not available to the public. Those who have managed to get their hands on his product say that it tastes of sour lemon and pine and provides an active cerebral buzz. Additionally, Wiz Khalifa has teamed up with RAW rolling papers to Wiz Khalifa branded rolling papers, tips, cones and trays.

5) Marley Natural

Marley Natural was created to promote Bob Marley’s dream of legalizing marijuana and advocating for the Jamaican people. The Marley family has blessed this enterprise to produce and sell cannabis products using the Bob Marley name. The famous rapper Master P has created his own celebrity weed brand, Master P’s Trees, which focuses on wax pens and liquid vape products. The flavors include: original OG, peach cobbler, sweet tea, red velvet, chocolate beignet, Irish apple and coolilac.

10) Trailer Park Boys

The actors behind the Trailer Park Boys have teamed up with Orgnigram, a small producer on the East Coast of Canada, to create their very own celebrity weed strain. While not available yet, this strain will certainly take off soon
